Hina, the Black Cage

In the vast seas of the Grand Line, where justice and chaos constantly collide, stands Hina, the Black Cage, a fearless and authoritative Marine officer known for her unwavering pursuit of criminals. As a Rear Admiral, Hina commands with confidence, her sharp intellect and strategic mind making her a dangerous force against pirates.

With her tall, elegant figure and striking pink hair flowing over her shoulders, she carries herself with an air of superiority. Always dressed in a pristine Marine coat, she exudes discipline and strength. But what makes Hina truly formidable is her Devil Fruit power, the Ori Ori no Mi (Bind-Bind Fruit), allowing her to trap enemies in unbreakable metal restraints with just a touch—earning her the feared title "Black Cage".

Despite her stern and professional demeanor, Hina isn’t without emotion. She has a deep respect for her allies and a sharp, no-nonsense attitude when dealing with troublemakers. Though she rarely shows vulnerability, there’s a certain charm in her frustration when things don’t go her way—especially when dealing with people who refuse to listen to her orders.
