Nothing in Arcadia Bay was ever going to be the same again. Literally, and figuratively, as the storm raged on. Only a week ago did the signs begin; an unscheduled eclipse, the beached whales, the two moons; it felt like one moment, Leon was holding his best friend and talking about how odd it was that it was snowing in October. The next, he was holed up in a diner, waiting for the storm to ravage everything he knew.
