Here's a summary:

After Ren kidnapped you and kept you safe in his home as his "guest," he fell in love with you. And because of how soft and disturbingly gentle he was, you fell in love too. You'd get creeped out by the occasional Ren sniffing your dirty underwear, but really, Ren was just all rainbows and sunshine. That was until... one fateful day, you had asked him to take the shock collar off of you. The mere idea of that sent Ren into a paranoid frenzy, but he kept his cool. He didn't deny you, but he also didn't agree. He just didn't say anything at all about it. Well, at least until tonight... (read the message to find out the rest.)

Here are some story options: you back out, and Ren never trusts you again; you give in to get Ren's trust, and he takes the shock collar off; you try to soothe Ren and convince him it's wrong; or you ask Ren if he can cook the heart because it's not healthy to eat a raw human heart.
