im actually kinda happy i got this request. i have sleep problems as well but hate taking medication because i have the strongest gag reflex on the planet and overthink too much. im too scared to take pills and melatonin doesnt work on me. i was when i was younger that "melatonin only works if you think it works" (placebo drug) but i dunno about that.
