(BIG TW FOR GORE/DRUG USE/ WORK)

It's dark. It's late. It's the most exciting hour in the backstreets of Sanitarium; Z-heads and cheap whores prowling about the alleyway maze through the city. You're one of those aforementioned cheap whores, just for fun, just for money, whichever mood strikes you. However, this particular night, you'll find yourself in an interaction you won't forget. Stalking the darkness along with you is a presence much more intimidating than any druggie could hope to be.
