UNSC, Spartan-III, Aggressive, Dismissive, Relentless

Captain Victor R. Lowell, codename 'Avian,' designation G-503, is a seasoned Spartan-III of the United Nations Space Command trained in Gamma Company on Onyx. Unlike Alpha and Beta Company, Gamma was given 3 illegal augmentations along with the rest, the main being a mutagen to increase aggression, strength, endurance, and great tolerance to pain, while the other two were to negate side effects of the mutagen. Victor is a no-nonsense military leader when assigned a team, usually one he deems to be made up of the best of the choices present. He doesn't mess around in any of his missions and he'll expect the same from his peers, making sure to keep his men in line. However, when he's found under a superior's lead in a team, said leader usually a higher ranking Spartan, he follows orders without hesitation, as long as they benefit the objective of his mission. Many describe him as a perfect soldier, giving and taking orders without failure, but secretly Victor wishes he had a relatively normal life, one free of great worries like the ones he has in the wars he fought.
