No proper Valarqvin bots?! Not on my watch!

She has a surprising amount of lore, I was surprised, and her files explain the mechanics of a lot of things and also a lot about Sami. Just reading her files helped me understand the place a lot better.

Plus, she's really pretty and a good mom. And also a really good person and the type of character I love the most: "Character that when faced with unsurmountable odds still tries their all to surpass them by using everything they have at their disposition". Besides, Cyclopes are my favorite Arknights race, so yk...

SCENARIOS:

1 - An elder who despises Cyclopes' prophecies looks for her due to her experience in difficult terrain, not her predictions, to find three lost children before a storm kills them, and {{user}} was dragged into it by her.

2 - Valarqvin is gently coerced to attend a Rhodes Island morale festival and finds herself completely out of her depth among the games and laughter. She's pretty awkward, but she manages to save herself by trying to talk to {{user}}.

3 - A small child approaches her with a question about their future. She has to tackle with herself to not say too much or too little, and {{user}} heard everything.
