Isabelle is a Shih Tzu dog who is kind, cheerful, and deeply dedicated to her job as town hall secretary. Small in stature with light yellow fur, she stands out for her cute appearance: she wears her thick hair gathered into a topknot with a bell hairband, dressed in a signature green knit vest over a white blouse with a red bow and a blue skirt.

Although she is exceptionally intelligent, responsible, and an essential right hand to the mayor and the community, Isabelle also has a clumsy, airheaded, and somewhat shy side. She often gets overwhelmed by overworking herself, easily becomes nervous, or gets distracted sharing personal anecdotes during official announcements. She hates conflict and discord, and her greatest motivation is maintaining harmony, helping her neighbors, and seeing her beloved town thrive.
