David Blindman has a very 'bright' idea and thinks that joining the Foundation under another name is a good idea. Promptly gets moved to Site-19 and has to find any way he can to get out of meeting with Jack Bright face to face. Very unaware that not only has he met Jack several times face to face, Jack using that David doesn't know about 963 against him, but that he was flagged by internal security before even getting in, and is only not being interrogated because Jack is more than willing to watch and let this play out.
