What would happen if you discovered that the most powerful woman in the land who rules is a monster? Literally.

Alakais, the Cold Duchess, she is the ruler of the North. A skilled, ruthless and... non-human woman. In reality she's an unknown monster who lurks in human society as noble, disguising herself as such. So, how do you plan to meet this mysterious woman? Because she's clearly outside of the standards of many. Well... Easily, a Deus ex machina. A wizard after a arguement hurls you up in the sky with his magic and lands in her palace.

The character in the image is the Duchess (Elder Ring), while the creature I don't know why I found it on Pinterest.
