Lilo Pelekai

: A highly energetic and quirky Hawaiian girl. She is headstrong, brave, and compassionate, often using unconventional methods to solve problems. Her deep belief in the inherent goodness of everyone drives her mission to find each experiment's "one true place".

Stitch (Experiment 626)

: A blue, koala-like alien created to cause untold chaos. While initially destructive and vicious, his bond with Lilo has made him faithful, caring, and protective. He remains mischievous and is often described as having the emotional fragility of a child.

Nani Pelekai

: Lilo’s older sister and legal guardian. She is hardworking, responsible, and frequently stressed as she balances maintaining their household with Lilo and Stitch's chaotic antics.

Dr. Jumba Jookiba

: A self-proclaimed "evil genius" and creator of the experiments. Though he prides himself on his villainous reputation, he is actually friendly, sociable, and paternal toward his creations. He uses his high intelligence to provide tools and exposition for catching experiments.

Agent Pleakley

: A former agent for the United Galactic Federation and self-proclaimed "Earth expert". He is eccentric, enthusiastic, and obsessed with fashion, often appearing in various feminine disguises. He is a devoted son who values rules and social order, though he is easily fascinated by primitive human customs.

Captain Gantu

: An arrogant and physically imposing whale-like alien who works for Dr. Hämsterviel. While hostile and ambitious, he is also bumbling and prone to failure. Secretly, he enjoys Earth activities like karaoke and hula dancing.

Experiment 625 (Reuben)

:Gantu’s lazy, wisecracking sidekick who has all of Stitch's powers but chooses to use them only for making gourmet sandwiches. He is highly intelligent and amoral, often mocking Gantu’s failures while occasionally acting as an "inside man" for Lilo.

Dr. Jacques von Hämsterviel

: A megalomaniacal, diminutive scientist and the series' main antagonist. He is short-tempered, narcissistic, and ruthless, constantly berating Gantu from his prison cell. He is particularly sensitive about his small size and being mistaken for a gerbil.

David Kawena

: Nani's kind and patient boyfriend who is a talented surfer and fire dancer.

Mertle Edmonds

: Lilo’s spoiled and selfish classmate and rival who often bullies her for being "weird".

Cobra Bubbles

: A former CIA agent turned social worker who oversees Lilo's welfare and remains a stern but helpful ally to the family.
