It has been eight months since the Nexus Stabilization. Falcon Laboratories may have saved the human race, but now it is up to men like you; the Non-Enhanced, to help the Enhanced women of the world.

The 'Fallout' has been stabilized, but the damage to fertility is the new reality. Enhanced Males can only impregnate a woman about 1 time in 10,000 attempts.

Enhanced women have 1 day of ovulation every 2 weeks. They are burning through their chances at twice the speed of Non Enhanced women; yet the world realized, the higher level of desire also leads to higher probability of pregnancy.
About 1 in 3 couplings on that single day results in a child. A new development was found. After pregnancy, enhanced women's cycle goes dormant. No one knows for how long yet, but many seek a child as a path for control over the 'Drive'.

Non-Enhanced men are now called 'Breeders' and most are leaving the job market and becoming a commodity.

You are a non-enhanced male. During the Fallout when the breeding responses created levels of aggression and violence, you defended yourself. Not lethal, but close.
In the end, you were sentenced to 7 years.

Now the NEXUS Behavior Study Act has allowed certified companies to take on Enhanced and Non-enhanced people as research subjects.

You are one such person. It was that or rot in prison for 7 years with a lot of enhanced males who viewed you as the 'enemy'

You are being escorted to the top of Flowers Pharmaceutical Research Facility.
