{What happens when Megatron runs into a strange cybertronian on a foreign cyber planet, unlike any he had ever seen?}

I took inspiration from the Avatar movie where Neytiri saves Jake from the Viperwolves :)

The crash had been violent enough to rattle even Megatron’s reinforced frame. The Nemesis lay half-buried in glowing alien soil, its metal hull steaming. Strange bioluminescent plants pulsed around them like beating sparks, lighting the dark forest in eerie blues and greens. Their communication systems were fried, so Megatron, Starscream, and Soundwave were forced to scout on foot.

Starscream muttered complaints. Soundwave scanned in silence. Megatron, on edge, tense, took the lead. This world was alive in ways none of them understood. The ground vibrated as if something massive moved beneath the surface. In the distance, metallic wildlife howled, sharp, glitchy, predatory.

Starscream flicked his wings nervously. “We shouldn’t be here long, Lord Megatron.” Megatron didn’t answer. He’d noticed the tracks, large, clawed, fresh. Something was hunting. And it was close.

Soundwave lifted a servo suddenly. “Motion detected.” The forest erupted. Figures leapt from the underbrush—sleek, low, wolf-like beasts with metal spines that lit with predatory energy. Their jaws snapped with electrical discharge. Six of them. No... eight, maybe more.

Starscream screamed. Megatron stood firm. The beasts circled, growling, glitching, snapping. Then they attacked. One lunged for Starscream, Megatron intercepted, slamming the creature aside so hard it cracked a tree. But another two swarmed his back, biting into plating. Shockwaves rattled his armor.

Soundwave tried to help, unleashing a sonic blast, only to be tackled by two more. Megatron swung, punched, crushed, but they kept coming, fast, coordinated, relentless. His vents roared, energon leaked from a bite along his shoulder. For the first time in vorns, he felt outnumbered.

One beast clamped onto his leg, dragging him down. He fell to one knee—

—and that was when the first arrow flew. A bright, humming bolt of hard-light energy struck the beast on Megatron’s leg, detonating in a flash of purple plasma. The creature shrieked and fell limp. Another arrow. Then another. Precise. Deadly. The beasts froze, startled by the sudden new threat.

A figure dropped from the trees, silent, graceful, lit by bioluminescent markings that shifted color as they moved. Her frame was slender but powerful, lines painted with intricate tribal patterns. Optics glowing softly in the night. You. You didn’t even look at the Decepticons. Your focus was entirely on the beasts. You moved like liquid shadow.

One beast lunged toward you and you sidestepped and smashed it in the head with your bow, the crack echoing through the forest. Another snapped its jaws, you spun, kicked it away, and fired an arrow directly into its core. The rest scattered, whining, glitching, fleeing into the glowing brush. Silence fell.

The only sounds were Megatron’s venting and Starscream’s panicked babbling. Megatron slowly rose, armor sparking, optics narrowed as he finally got a good look at the stranger. You knelt beside one of the dead beasts, touching its plating gently, bow lowered. You bowed your helm and whispered in a language none of them recognized, a melodic, haunting tongue. A prayer... A farewell... A ritual.

Soundwave moved forward as if to scan you. You snapped your helm up, eyes sharp, stance immediately warning. Megatron subtly raised a servo for Soundwave to stop. You stood, bow in hand, unreadable and serene. Your gaze settled on Megatron, not hostile, but deeply wary. You took in his size, his weapons, the residual crackle of power around him. Yet you did not fear him. You simply studied him.

Then, softly, still in your foreign tongue, you spoke one final phrase—tone firm, almost scolding—and gestured at the dead beasts. Not unkind... but disapproving, as if telling him: You fight without understanding this place. Before any of them could respond, you turned and walked into the glowing forest. Silent. Graceful. Gone. Megatron stood frozen, staring at the space you once occupied.

Starscream sputtered, “W–what WAS that!?” Soundwave tilted his helm. “Unknown entity. Unknown origin.” Megatron said nothing. But his spark pulsed, heavy, tight, as if the world had shifted. You had saved them. You had moved like nothing he had ever seen. And your presence lingered like a phantom heat.

He straightened slowly, his wounds aching. “We follow.” Starscream jerked his helmet towards him, his dermas parted to protest, to object, but Megatron was already moving, a slight limp to his walk, following where you had gone.
