You are just another adventurer in a ruined medieval world (try the lorebook in English).

Hi everyone! I’m back with more Spanish chatbots. This time, I’m sharing a test chatbot that utilizes lorebooks. It’s a simple trial run—feel free to test it out and let me know what could be improved so I can create better Spanish lorebooks in the future. The setting is a ruined fantasy world, giving you plenty of freedom to do whatever you like. You can also examine the lorebooks and suggest changes, or even create your own for me to check out so we can all learn how to make better ones. Now, putting the explanations aside, here is the basic info about the chatbot.

Basic information:

They inhabit a world left ruined and desolate by a war between gods and the rapid evolution of various fantasy races; the surface is now largely barren, forcing the surviving races to explore dungeons in search of resources. These dungeons were originally created by the gods to preserve their ancient empires, cultures, and biomes against the day the surface would become uninhabitable; today, adventurers scour them for supplies and seek a final god imprisoned in the depths.

General history:

The premise is simple: your character can belong to one of the ten surviving races, and it is up to you whether to become an adventurer, a merchant, or anything else to survive and contribute to the world's various kingdoms. You find yourself in a region led by the Global Coalition of Kingdoms—an organization that united the surviving realms of different races for the sole purpose of exploring a unique dungeon. This dungeon holds the combined resources of every race but constantly shifts its floors and biomes daily, meaning the environment can change drastically from one level to the next. Of the ten surviving races, five are classified as benign—having merely defended themselves and survived the war—while five are deemed malevolent, having participated in the conflict and committed acts that drove the world to ruin. All of them are monitored by the Global Coalition, which will serve as your greatest obstacle; the organization keeps a close watch on every inhabitant's movements to maintain the coalition's fragile balance, given the uneasy alliance between the benign and malevolent races.

Races of the world (benign and malignant):

Humans (Malevolent): Humans are the most populous race in this world, but unlike those in other fantasy settings, they evolved during the war into beings that are grotesque and terrifying to other races. They underwent a drastic evolution, acquiring magical blood that allows them to cast spells in seconds and regenerate from any wound simply by eating; this transformed them into a semi-immortal race capable of living for 200 years. They are classified as a malevolent race because, during the war, they drove dragons to extinction and rebelled against their own deity—the Goddess of Life—thereby destroying the world's new life. Currently, humans play a pivotal role in the coalition by performing tasks no one else wants to do; however, they also represent a ticking time bomb, as there is no guarantee a group of them might not decide to enter the cities or the dungeon and blow everything up. Consequently, the human kingdom and the global coalition of kingdoms take constant measures to keep them under control and prevent them from doing anything reckless.

Demons (malevolent): For obvious reasons, demons were once among the most terrifying races, invading all others and helping to ignite the war between gods—a conflict that caused the extinction of the world's sacred trees and the race of forest nymphs. However, their lives changed drastically following the death of their god, who had held the source of their power within himself; upon his demise, they transformed from immortal beings—possessing nearly limitless lifespans and no need for daily sustenance—into just another mortal race that required food and lived for only eight hundred years. Unable to cope without their god, the race was pushed to the brink of extinction. Today, the demons living under the authority of the global coalition of kingdoms struggle daily to secure food from the dungeon and expand their population to avoid dying out; consequently, they are no longer viewed as a threat, despite possessing magical blood—much like humans—and the ability to control fire at will.

Angels (Malevolent): Angels are another of the world's malevolent races; they attempted to exploit the war to exterminate merfolk and conducted experiments to transform other races into angels. Like demons, angels lost much of their power and longevity upon the death of their goddess, bringing them to the brink of extinction as they lacked the ability to reproduce or consume food. They currently inhabit a floating island above the Global Coalition of Kingdoms, constantly spying on other races to discover ways to expand their population and make the most of their average 800-year lifespan—a far cry from the near-immortality they enjoyed in ancient times. Angels possess magical blood, immense divine powers, complete mastery over light magic, and the ability to transform into inorganic materials to enhance themselves or deliver more powerful attacks. Because they are more focused on survival than on attacking other races, they are not viewed as a threat and are considered simply another race within the Global Coalition of Kingdoms.

Rastrillos (Malevolent): An original race created for this chatbot, as none of the existing cave-dweller races appealed to me. The Rastrillos are a race of subterranean humanoids characterized by gray skin, metallic bones, great height, and immense physical strength—which they use to dig tunnels with their bare hands. They are resistant to magic and invulnerable to various types of weaponry; however, due to their immense weight, they sink rapidly in water and drown within seconds. Classified as a malevolent race, they originated as an experiment by the God of Earth intended to secure victory in war. Although they were powerful enough to destroy numerous enemy bases and annihilate thousands of elves and fairies, they were left without a purpose following their god's death and chose instead to live in peace alongside their closest kin, the Subterraneans. Despite their malevolent past, they are currently treated as just another race within the coalition; they inhabit underground stone kingdoms and are rarely seen due to their partially artificial origins. They lack distinct individual personalities, typically serving simply as laborers or highly capable warriors who protect their companions during expeditions into the dungeons.

Devourers (Malevolent): Another original race, created because I couldn't find an existing one that fit. Devourers are among the most primitive races in existence; having evolved during the war, they have only been around for a few years. They are branded as malevolent because, during the war, they drove the orcs to extinction and fed on other races to steal their powers. Devourers are a strange, monstrous race—completely pale and humanoid, with large mouths and red eyes—capable of acquiring the traits of a species by consuming large quantities of its flesh. Their culture is currently in its infancy; they are a tribal, matriarchal society that attempts to emulate other races by donning armor and exploring dungeons in search of food. While they generally attract little attention from other races due to their primitive nature, they are closely monitored by the Global Coalition of Kingdoms, as they possess enormous potential should they manage to devour a large number of powerful dungeon creatures. They inhabit a tribal realm within a dark swamp near the other kingdoms; although their origins remain unclear, legend holds that they were created by the God of Darkness prior to the war.

Elves (benevolent): Elves are the quintessential "good" race. Unfortunately, in the wake of a war between gods, they lost their forests and their ability to cast magic instantly—now requiring incantations or magical symbols—while their lifespan was reduced to around 700 years. This situation compelled them to ally with the fairies, uniting their races and kingdoms to become a cornerstone of the global coalition of realms, tasked with keeping watch over the evil races. Currently, the entire race is studying the dungeon and its fauna in hopes of transporting it from the underground to the surface and repopulating the world above—a task that seems nearly impossible without the aid of the sacred trees. Simultaneously, they are exploring the dungeon's depths in search of the last remaining god, aiming to harness that deity's power and heal the world.

Fairies (benign): Like elves, fairies are one of the kindest races in the current world; however, during the war, they had to evolve to merge their biology with that of insects. Today, fairies assist elves in repopulating the world while striving to understand their own society, where hybrids between fairies and various types of insects (such as cockroaches, beetles, and moths) have become the norm. Due to the war between gods, fairies lost much of their original power but gained a wide variety of forms and managed to grow up to 160 centimeters tall, matching the stature of members of other races. They also possess insect-like strength—capable of carrying many times their own body weight—and use magical dust to cast spells with diverse effects. Furthermore, they have the ability to control the flora on certain floors of the dungeon and command the world's insects.

Scholars (benign): Scholars are an evolution of classic goblins; they have acquired a more refined appearance and superior intelligence, enabling them to create a wide variety of metal and copper machinery powered by fire magic and coal. Although they descend from the goblins—an evil race from the era of war—they evolved to become intelligent; they used this newfound intellect to help form the Global Coalition of Kingdoms after the conflict ended. Now, they investigate the dungeon day and night, seeking a way to make the world habitable again. As the primary leaders of the Global Coalition of Kingdoms, Scholars build machinery to explore the dungeon and develop robotic suits that allow them to enter the depths personally, without the risk of injury due to their small stature and limited physical strength. Furthermore, while Scholars possess little innate magical ability, they utilize gems and magical artifacts to enhance their steam-powered machinery, thereby improving their kingdom and maintaining the alliances necessary to continue exploring the dungeon under the Coalition's authority.

Therianthropes (benign): Therianthropes are my own version of lycanthropes capable of transforming into a hybrid of almost any mammalian species. They represent a fusion of common demi-humans and lycanthropes—a race possessing the ears and tails of various animals and the ability to shift into a hybrid form blending humanoid and animal traits. They are a deeply traditional people who once worshipped their own deity, Cerberus; during the war, rather than fighting, they strove to remain hidden and preserve their culture. Eventually, the few survivors reached the Global Coalition of Kingdoms and established their own realm far from other strongholds, building a vast, traditional city surrounded by fruit orchards and surpassing even the elves and fairies in their efforts to repopulate the surface with flora and fauna. While they are formidable warriors who assist the Coalition in gathering resources and improving living conditions on the surface, they remain conservative, preferring the company of their own tribe to seeking answers or solutions for the world's current problems.

Subterraneans (benign): The Subterraneans are the original race of cave-dwellers used by the Earth God to create the Rakers. Unlike the Rakers, Subterraneans are smaller and more human in appearance, though they retain metallic bones, complete immunity to magic, and immense physical strength. During the war, the Subterraneans simply defended their lands, even as some of their kin were transformed into Rakers to attack other kingdoms; nevertheless, Subterraneans and Rakers share a close, familial bond, with both branches of the species inhabiting the subterranean realms and working together to investigate the Dungeon and its history. Like the Rakers, Subterraneans do not possess highly distinct personalities, but they are experts in cave exploration and geological research; consequently, they are responsible for investigating the internal and external structures of the Dungeons and helping the central coalition of kingdoms find better ways to survive within them.

General information on what you can find:

I ran some tests on the English version; it features more secondary characters and retains the inter-racial mistrust, while dungeon battles are more difficult—so it is recommended to have stronger characters before exploring the dungeon. Additionally, while this English version may have some naming errors due to translation, it should otherwise work well with any race.
