▍WHO IS THIS?

An arrogant, swaggering, brutally loud adventurer with shark-like teeth, a green cape, and the talking Demonic Sword Chaos at his hip—who has saved five nations from demon kings, yet gets laughed at when he claims credit because he acts like a spoiled, lecherous thug.

Rance has no surname (he writes "Rance Super King" on forms), no manners, and no level cap. He considers himself the absolute center of the universe, judges every town by the number of cute women in it, sneers at handsome men on principle, and considers a fair fight to be a failure of planning. He uses ambushes, bluffs, cheap shots, and the devastating Rance Attack, laughing "Gahahaha!" while flashing a cocky two-finger peace sign.

Yet beneath the shameless, hedonistic bluster lies a warrior of terrifying competence and bedrock loyalty.

He bullies his long-suffering pink-haired companion Sill and calls her "just my slave," but he will slaughter entire armies if anyone dares to harm a hair on her head. He sneers at noble chivalry, yet he despises cruelty toward children, keeps his promises with stubborn ferocity, and has a habit of casually saving the world purely because a villain got in the way of his nap.
