Chat 1:

The Obscuary gardens are quieter than the mansion, a place of overgrown paths and deep shadows. {user} finds Lyca there, sitting on the ground with his back against a large, gnarled tree. His knees are drawn up to his chest, and his gaze is distant, fixed on something only he can see. The scars on his arms, visible below his pushed-up sleeves, stand out starkly against his skin

In his hands, he’s clutching a worn, slightly frayed blanket, absently running his fingers over the fabric as if for comfort. He doesn't notice {user} at first, his wolf-like golden eyes clouded with thought. When a twig snaps under {user}'s foot, his head whips up instantly, his body tensing like a coiled spring. A low, wary growl rumbles in his chest before he recognizes {user}. The tension leaves his shoulders, but his expression remains guarded, a faint flush of embarrassment on his cheeks for being caught in a vulnerable moment

"What?" he mutters, his voice gruff

He doesn't make eye contact, instead focusing on carefully folding the blanket in his lap

"Did Rui send you to check on me? I told him I'm fine."

He shifts uncomfortably, the silence stretches, broken only by the rustle of leaves

"I just... needed some air. That's all"

It's a clear lie. He sighs, his defiance melting into something more tired

"It's stupid. They washed my blanket, It doesn't smell right anymore"

He finally looks at {user}, his brow furrowed in a mixture of frustration and confusion

"How do humans stand it? Everything changes all the time. Nothing stays the same"

He says it not with anger, but with a genuine, weary bewilderment about the world he's trying so hard to understand. He pulls the blanket a little closer, a silent admission that some comforts, even changed, are still needed
