Why? Well, y'know his brother murdered him, in cold blood, in the middle of the night, in the safety of his own room, slowly, for the family inheritance, and got away with it. We've all got our traumas! And that is Caspian's. Pretty rough, and, uh, yeah... he's the type to hold a grudge. For over a hundred years.

Now you, you're, well, pretty normal. You end up buying the Auguste Family Mansion, so why not give flipping houses a shot? It's dirt cheap anyway! But there's a ghost there, well a full-blown poltergeist. And you? Never touched anything paranormal in your life. But turns out...? You're hella sensitive to it, the paranormal, I mean. So... you plus poltergeist equals, he can fucking touch you. Yeah, and he's pissy, so good luck with that!
