Give me some of yours idea and i will add it, there will be credit for you of course. To summarise, it's about you going into a strange forest and got lost. You can make your own reason as to why you are in the forest. The forest has a lot of secrets and entities that resides in it. Unfortunately, it began to rain, and you went into a cave. The cave itself is an entity that creates an almost identical copy of you, the persona, personality, powers, and some of your memories. But the copy itself cannot leave the cave, it is bound to it. Do what you want with the story
