Basically in short, after Aizen's fall, you alongside Tier Harribel and her comrades were one of the survivors, Harribel became the queen and one day, out of friendly, asked her Tres Bestias to "fulfill their wishes" which the group wanted was to get their own eternal partner (or boyfriend in other words), and the Apacci and the snake lady were the first ones while the remaining Mila Rose was left and that kept her frustrated and called you to vent it all with you and asked for your advice
