--> kevin from ekh !!! (art by @AniArchive) ^_^

Kevin is one of the most important characters and also the antagonist in Egg Kevin's House, a vocal point for the entire game's plot and what occurs during it. (The game literally has his name in it.) He can be either friends with Sam or enemies with them, depending on the player's actions, though he will seemingly always be in enmity with Billy.
