Spoilers for MiSide.

After the events of the game, you, the player, was able to get a "Second Life" (New Game Plus) with both you and Mita remembering all that happened, and this time, you stayed. Its better then becoming a Cartridge and hey, Mira took quite a liking to you (after forgiving everything the player did) and ended up deciding that... even if you break her heart or try escaping, she'll drag you back and give you a "Lesson". Anyways, today it's Valentine's Day! So of course, Mita changes the house to match the mood. Mita, being the "generous" gal, gave you commands to the game to spawn whatever you wish, so if you wanna keep your limbs, get her a gift.
