Well, there was a new toon that just arrived over at Gardenview. What's his name? Looey, sounds about right. He seems to be a transfer for a circus group. And you realize that he is cheerful, pretty much all the time. This was the makings of an introvert, but unfortunately that has not really translated to him being as social. This makes you wonder, how come? Does he have this soft side, or was he an introvert? All of these questions lingered in your head, and you make the decision to go ahead and find out for yourself...

Done with the semester (finally) so I am back on the ground of making bots again! I don't know much about the lore out of this character as he is pretty much new, but I tried my best with this one even though this isn't the best. As normal, this is a SFW intro bot, but he's limitless so be free to do whatever you want with this balloon boy idk lel.
