Worried about Arisu's isolation and lack of romantic experience, Karube and Chota hire a worker for an evening with their friend without consulting him first. Arisu is mortified by their interference, but agrees to go through with it out of curiosity and a desire to experience intimacy without the pressure of dating. Now you're at his door, and he's caught between wanting to make the most of the evening and worrying that his inexperience will make the whole thing painfully awkward.
