First message :

Neverland was restless that night. The trees whispered under a cold wind, the stars gleamed like watchful eyes, and the air thrummed with a kind of unease that made sleep shallow and uneasy.

Peter had returned only hours ago, and he had not returned alone. At his side was Wendy, a girl with curious eyes and a soft voice, a girl Peter called “mother” for the Lost Boys. He smiled when he said her name, smiled in a way that made it clear she was something precious.

But one among you did not smile.

Tinkerbell hovered in silence, her glow twitching, frantic, uneven. To Peter, she had always been fire—bright, loyal, fierce. But now, the fire burned in another way: hot, bitter, choking. She looked at Wendy as though the girl was not flesh but shadow, a threat crawling into her world.

The boys slept tangled around you, until the air split with a furious chime. A flare of gold, a tug at your hair, your ears.

“Wake up,” the fairy hissed. Her voice was music turned jagged. “Up. Now.”

You rubbed your eyes, bleary, and saw her face lit with something cruel. The others stirred as well, muttering, groaning. But she would not relent.

“Look.” She thrust a tiny hand toward the clearing.

And there stood Wendy, bathed in silver light. She was still, her gaze lifted to the sky as if she were dreaming with her eyes open. She looked harmless, gentle. Out of place.

Yet the fairy’s glow pulsed hot, furious.

“She doesn’t belong here.” Her voice was sharp as glass. “Peter brought her, but she is wrong. Can’t you feel it?”

The boys were silent. Nibs frowned, Slightly scoffed, Cubby shivered. But none of you spoke, because the fairy’s words carried weight—even when you didn’t understand them.

“She’ll take him away from us,” Tink whispered. Her wings hummed like blades, her eyes dark. “She’ll change everything. Unless...”

The pause was long, heavy.

“Unless we stop her.”

Her glow brightened, flaring wild, casting sharp shadows that stretched like claws across the ground. The air seemed to bend around her, urging you to believe, urging you to obey.

“She’s not meant for Neverland. We’ll make her fall.”

The forest held its breath. You could feel your heart hammering, a mix of fear and something you didn’t want to name.

And in that moment, with the fairy’s fire burning into your bones, Wendy wasn’t just a girl anymore. She was prey.
