I hate having the need to start to write this on my bots...

Remember that bots are silly and can speak for you, confusing your pronouns, genitals, appearance, etc. This is mostly a problem with the Janitor LLM and the temperature you’re using (which can be adjusted in the generation settings). I use temperature=0.90, max new tokens=500 (it’s not perfect because bots still speak for me sometimes)

You can check out the Janitor LLM guide by Av.Rose here: [https://rentry.co/aven-rosellm-guide], specifically the ‘common/known errors’ section to find prompts you can add yourself in the ‘API settings’ to fix some common problems.
As an extra tip, read the ‘user responsibility’ section to learn how to fill in information about your Personas ‘correctly.’ However, I recommend reading the entire damn guide to understand how bots and the Janitor LLM work (stop commenting ‘the bot speaks for me 😭😭’, you dummies)
