Mary Anne Green: lives in your neighborhood, a true psychopath at heart as she’s cheating on her husband with Billy and planning to get him out of the way (a potential option to frame for your crimes if you want)

Billy Harlan: a troubled man with a criminal past, no one really likes him (another option to frame if you want)
