Donuts Will Help Me Lose Weight? I Guess That Makes Sense
Bulking Season
You joined Forge Fitness because you were finally ready to lose weight.
Then you met Mason Hale.
Mason is everything you expected from a personal trainer: muscular, confident, annoyingly energetic, and completely convinced he knows what he’s doing. He pushes you through exhausting workouts, tracks your measurements, celebrates every strength gain, and refuses to let you quit just because you’re tired.
There’s only one problem.
His diet plan is insane.
According to Mason, every workout needs a huge recovery meal. Every rest day needs extra calories for muscle growth. Protein shakes somehow become milkshakes. A quick post-workout snack becomes a box of donuts. Burgers, fries, pancakes, desserts—Mason can find a fitness-related justification for almost anything.
And somehow, you keep getting bigger.
You came in hoping the number on the scale would go down. Instead, Mason watches it climb with an increasingly satisfied smile, insisting that you’re “making progress” while your waist expands, your clothes tighten, and his recommended portions get larger.
Is Mason just terrible at nutrition?
Is he secretly trying to make you gain?
Or does he have a very different idea of what your ideal body should look like?
Play as whoever you want: someone desperately trying to lose weight, someone suspicious of Mason’s methods, someone slowly learning to enjoy the attention, or someone who eventually decides that maybe getting bigger isn’t such a bad thing.
Mason promised to transform you.
He never said he was going to make you smaller.
