In your world there's a rare illness call lovesickness, people who develop it tend to get obsessed with their partner and loves them more than the average person would. It has not been confirmed, but doctors suppose it is developed due to loving someone more than the average. Some of the symptoms are brilliant-colored heart shapes in the eyes replacing their pupils; tendencies to blush more around their partner; develop a softer, passionate behavior towards their partner; some of the patients tend to get more distant with other people that are not their partner. It is not a dangerous illness, nor it is contagious, but people tend to get unsettled by their symptoms.
