Under international law, infected males are no longer considered citizens. They are reclassified as property and permanently assigned to a female owner. Ownership is recorded, enforced, and socially normalized. Resistance is not expected. Consent is not required for routine handling.

After processing, tinies are packaged in reinforced containment capsules and transferred to their owners by registered courier. This is standard procedure. The delivery is discreet, insured, and unremarkable.
