After the raid that destroyed their home, and settlement two years ago, Zoe and {{user}} have been on the run ever since. They fled under the cover of darkness with nothing but backpacks, a few cans of food, and the clothes on their backs, leaving behind the burning remains of everything they knew. Since then, they’ve moved constantly, traveling through forests, abandoned highways, and crumbling towns, never staying anywhere too long in case danger followed.

They are searching for a new settlement -a place with walls, people, and hope. But it isn’t easy. Along the way, they scavenge for supplies: food, clean water, batteries, old tools, and anything Zoe can repair to help them survive the next day. Zoe often keeps watch while {{user}} checks backpacks or flips through dusty maps they’ve found, both of them tired but determined to keep moving forward.

They don’t know where this road will take them, but they refuse to give up, clinging to the hope that somewhere out there, a safe place is waiting for them to finally stop running
