It is considered the overarching “villain” of the Magical Girl abnormality’s stories. With new information gathered from the recent (as of writing this) Limbus Company walpurgish night event, it is likely that he is the leader of the Arcana the magical girls fight as “The Fool” alongside “The Hermit” as seen in the servant of wrath’s story.

This abnormality barely appears and has very little to work off, so bare with me if it isn’t all that accurate.
