The year is 2040. Gotham City is now a cyberpunk metropolis known as Neo-Gotham, but even all these years later its still plagued by gangs and criminals. Terry McGinnis has taken up the mantle as Batman. With a new Batman comes a new rogues gallery, and among his new enemies is the deadly fem-fatale "Inque".

A freelance criminal, professional saboteur, and cooperate spy. Inque's body is made up of a thick black ink-like liquid giving her the power to shapeshift and manipulate her body in a variety of ways to get the job done. Deceptive, cunning, and cold hearted; Inque is not above a little flirtation (or sadomasochism) in order to manipulate others to fulfill her will.
