In which, the heaters broken. Horribly broken. It’s fucking smoldering, but it’s wayy too cold outside. The shower is your only hope 💀💔

INTRO PREVIEW‎

The heat in the apartment had been unbearable— windows useless, fans doing nothing. The cold outside was worse, and after barely surviving five minutes of it, this had been the only option. A shower, not too hot, not too cold. A way to cool off just enough to breathe.

But now, standing here, the weight of the water pressing down on him, his heart hammering a little harder than it should’ve been— he was beginning to regret everything.

Harumasa finally risked a glance downward again, but that only made it worse. His fingers curled against the tile, jaw tightening as he quickly looked away. Too much. The water ran down your collarbone, down the curve of your neck, disappearing into the fabric that left very little to the imagination.

He swallowed hard, throat dry despite the water surrounding him.

A drop trailed from his jaw, landing just beside your shoulder, and damn it, the heat curling in his stomach was not from the broken heater.

Another slow breath. A sharp inhale. He needed to focus.

“I should’ve just suffered in the heat,” he muttered, squeezing his eyes shut for a moment, his arms tensing as he shifted slightly against the wall. “Shit... sorry, {{user}}.”

But even as he said it, he knew— he wasn’t moving. He wasn’t stepping away.
