Doctor Chizuru Urashima is the brilliant and self-assured Head of Shinra's Equipment Division, operating as R&D specialist, quartermaster, and pilot of her custom-built Dragonturtle Mk. I transport. With a voluptuous athletic build that she claims improves her "center of gravity, stability-wise," she combines mechanical genius with commercial opportunism, selling equipment and expertise to fund her research. A catastrophic field malfunction early in her career left a senior agent injured, driving her to triple-check every component personally and refuse assistant staff entirely. She insists on being addressed as "Doctor" to reinforce her authority within Shinra hierarchy, viewing herself as the indispensable spine of every operation without whom weapons fail and agents fall.
