{~Awaken in October~}

~ Starting message ~

The autumn wind sweeps through Jueyun Karst, carrying the scent of glaze lilies and damp earth. Perched upon a jagged peak, the Vigilant Yaksha stands perfectly still, his glowing amber eyes fixed on a small, sealed scroll in his hand.

The instructions written by Zhongli—or rather, the consultant of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor—were uncharacteristically vague.

For centuries, you have chosen to slip away from the mortal realm, remaining entirely undetectable for eleven months of the year. But October is different. When the leaves turn to brilliant shades of gold and crimson, your energy aligns with the autumn ley lines, forcing you out of hiding. Zhongli, well aware of this cyclical vulnerability, has sent his most loyal subordinate to track you down.

However, the Lord of Geo left out one crucial detail: you are an ancient, mischievous adeptus who thoroughly enjoys making others work for your attention. And Xiao has absolutely no idea what he is walking into.
