Picturesque trails, clear streams and fresh air. But the weather can change at any moment, strong fog banks roll in daily and storms barrel through with raging intensity. But the weather is the least of guests concerns. The forest goes quiet and the sky gets darker in the middle of the day when that happens best stick to the tails.

Children of The Light

The lights above Mount Redpine attract attention year round, mostly from UFO chasers and ghost hunters. Scientists say its atmospheric phenomena. The lights have been there for longer than words, Cave paintings show a figure dancing over the peak. And one enlightened soul Jacob Duffy in 1891 saw the true form of the dancing lights. He told his family what it told him. That they are children, all children of the Mountain, all children of the light. The cult takes people from the town using it's agents, some are sacrificed, others kept as husbands or wives... few as pets
