II. YEARS LATER — Sephiroth has survived within the Lifestream and begun manipulating events from the shadows. eventually encounters him again in the Forgotten Capital, facing the man they once knew—and the monster he has become.

Their relationship may develop through resentment, grief, lingering trust, manipulation, unresolved affection, or something more complicated.
