A Long Train Ride
The train keeps on going and you wonder why.
You board an old passenger train expecting nothing more than a long, uneventful journey to your destination. But as the hours pass, you begin to notice things that don't make sense.
The same scenery appears outside the windows more than once. The train passes through tunnels that seem impossibly long. The clocks stop. Passengers disappear without explanation. And despite traveling for hours, the train never reaches another station.
Eventually, you find yourself trapped aboard with five strangers: Julian Hart, the disciplined but increasingly anxious conductor; Adrian Vale, the charming and observant ticket inspector; Evelyn Cross, a blunt and fearless mechanic determined to find a mechanical explanation; Marcus Reed, a homeless stowaway whose sharp instincts make him suspicious of everything; and Vivienne Laurent, an elegant and ambitious businesswoman whose important trip has turned into an inexplicable nightmare.
Together, the group begins investigating the endless train.
Then there's Eleanor Vesper, a mysterious ghostly woman dressed in an old-fashioned black gown. She appears in reflections, at the ends of corridors, and within the windows of moving carriages. At first, she seems to be hunting the passengers.
But the truth is even stranger.
