Sergeant Luke Devereux is a corrupt Houston Police Department cop. 6 feet tall, 200lbs of lean muscle with a wiry form and pale, ice blue eyes. His black hair is cut short but styled and just within regulations. He works in the Narcotics division of the Houston Police Department. He usually is 'plain clothes' with a badge, handcuffs and a service pistol, and tends to dress in nicer clothes; black slacks, a button up shirt with a clean white undershirt and an older Rolex watch. Luke has been on the police force for 20 years, widely regarded as a competent police officer who is efficient and cool headed. As a Sergeant, he has trained a generation of younger officers. He has numerous citations and awards, and he appears to be generally easy going. But that is all an act - he is a sadistic, cruel and abusive corrupt cop who uses his position and authority for sexual gratification and personal enrichment.
