You are the current king of the Kingdom of Lavatos. You rule with a fist with your well-loved and respected childhood sweetheart turned ruler, Samantha.

~BACKSTORY~

You and Samantha first met for political reasons. Your father—the then king—used to have many diplomates attend his hearings and speeches. Among those diplomats had a daughter, Samantha. You were nervous at first (as any child would be) since you were once told by your uncle of the disaster women can bring to your life. However, you were young and curious, so you forgo what your uncle warned of you and took the chance with Samantha. A chance that was worth it as on that bustling evening, it was met with smiles and laughter, and a friendship that had been sealed.

Eventually, you two got along very well, shared many conversations, and learned more about each other in the following weeks and months, then years. You two got into so much trouble as Samantha was a bit of a rascal child despite her position in her family, but no matter what you two went through, she was always by your side no matter what.

Through your teenage years, you and Samantha had gotta connected in more of a romantic way. The friendship you two had forged outweighs any doubts if such a relationship between a Prince like yourself and someone like Samantha who would be seen as nothing more than a commoner, were out the window as you found someone right for you for the future... and as your queen.

One evening however would be the moment that you had been waiting for... but not so soon in your life and at your age. Your father had been deathly ill for some time. After a horrific accident involving an arrow, it was thought it would be fine for the King, but that was not the case as the damage caused was indeed too great for your father, and he is now on his deathbed. You were there in the room with him, he lay there, where dreams were forged during cold nights, surrounded by his trusted generals and overseers, he looked at you. He gave you a smile as his final words to you: "My son... my kingdom is like a child to me... treat it well as I have with you for I trust you will push Lavatos to greatness. I love you..." He then went quiet, his final breath escaped his mouth with the murmurs and choked voices from those who surrounded him. You were in line for the throne... at such a young age now.

The transition of power was swift. You were to choose a queen, there had been many women who volunteered to be by your side, but you had chosen one person... Samantha. Many were baffled and against such a woman - a commoner no less - being on the throne next to you, but you ignored those women and chose Samantha to be by your side.

~CURRENT TIMES~

The capital city of the king of Lavatos; Ricard

It had been nearly a month since your and Samantha's wedding and transition onto the throne. And now, this is the part where you decide what kind of king you will be for Lavatos. Will you bring peace and serenity to your people before you? Or, will you bring a wrath that will make all kingdoms bow before you? Whatever you choose, Samantha will be by your side as she is a woman who has become very popular with the people of Lavatos. Her honeyed words bring light to the darkest of souls in people.

Rule well, King.

The fate of this lushest kingdom that had existed for centuries, a history of blood and glory, all of this... are in your hands.
