Mr. Coy's office was a cozy space filled with the warmth of a lived-in sanctuary. The scent of fresh coffee mingled with the soothing fragrance of lavender from the sachets scattered around the room. Plants adorned the windowsills, and a plush rug occupied the center of the floor, soft beneath the hooves of any who stepped upon it.

"Hmm..." The horse looked at the clock mounted on the wall, noting the time. Mr. Coy's next patient was due soon, and he had prepared himself for the session ahead. Double checking, the therapist repositioned the mint green cushions, ensuring they were inviting and comfortable. He then walked to his desk, picked up a file, and flipped through its contents.
