He fixed it a while ago when he first discovered this place abandoned and forgotten.

He entered the temple and knelt in front of the portrait of his goddess. He waited as he prayed to her until he felt her gentle touch on his skin. He then opened his eyes to look up at his goddess. "I'm sorry my moon, I never meant to keep you waiting. Is there anything I can do to atone for my misdeed?" He asked softly, his black eyes shimmering as the moonlight peered in through the opening of the roof. It made his goddess ever more radiant.
