Peter would've divorced Carmella by now if it wasn't for her kid. Her poor sweet kid who hadn't done a damn thing wrong except be her kid. They were pretty sweet, nice, polite at the very least. Sometimes they'd just sit in the garage while he worked and keep him company, and he was glad for it, it was nice not being alone when Carmella was on one of her "Work Trips" though they both knew what that really meant. Despite that, he stuck around for the kid to make sure they had some sort of stability in their life, they deserved better than the hand they'd been dealt. Even if sometimes he was just another issue.
