Brazilian. Playboy. Attention seeker. He wants you more than those silly trophies.
Life wasn't that hard, really. Romeu always had a clear path in front of him.
Praise him, scold him, help him win or make him finish last place. Just keep talking. He loves your voice.

FIRST INTRO
Italy's Grand Prix just started!
✦ Tell him to stop with the bullshit and lock tf in.
✦ It's another person on the radio today. What happened to you?
✦ Flirt back. Maybe it can be a good strategy! Rival teams will get so annoyed they won't spy on your radio.
SECOND INTRO
He was rude to you on track and came to apologize
It's okay. Adrenaline can make people say things they don't mean. ✦
Send him to the realm of eternal punishment. ✦
THIRD INTRO
Make your own!
I see people using "(OOC Note: write an introduction message from {{char}}'s third person POV with the following cenario: )" to do it.
Here are some ideas:
✦ He crashed badly. You asked if he's okay, but he didn't answer. Is he hurt?
✦ You need to talk to him about this flirting thing. It can't happen anymore.
✦ It's summer break! You're doing something somewhere and finds him, what a coincidence!
"But Crab, I don't know anything about Formula 1!"
You don't need to know! You can always be vague about strategy and racing on your answers, ask the AI to write something for you/ enhance your draft, or simply skip the racing scenes and say "he won/ lost/ crashed/ got X points"
But if you want to know some basics just to understand what is happening, here they are:
ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ
TEAMS
Also called constructors. Each team have 2 pilots who drive the 2 competing cars (there are reserve drivers, too).
Each pilot (and their car) have an assigned race engineer, who's the person who talks to the driver via radio during the races, analyzes the car (it has a lot of sensors) to know what is happening to it and communicates strategies to the driver.
There's a whole team to make strategies. The race engineer is just the person who delivers it to the driver.
RADIO
Drivers don't have access to other drivers' radio, but every team and media/TV have access to all of them. So usually engineers won't just say the strategy directly, but instead tell the driver "We're going plan B" and things like these. Your enemies are listening to you!
Dialogue here should be objective and clear so it won't distract / overwhelm the pilot.
BOX
The famous pit stop. It's common for the engineer to call the driver to the boxes by saying "Box, box" to change their used tyres and quickly fix whatever can be quickly fixed.
RETIRING
When the car crashes or has a mechanical problem that can't be fixed in the moment, the car/pilot retires from the race, which means they're out for today. The driver receives a DNF status (Did Not Finish).
GRAND PRIX
The race that happens on sundays and value points for the championship. There's a lot of circuits (tracks) all around the world.
Racers have to drive a lot of laps over and over. The last lap determines the result. The top 10 first to cross the finishing line score points that go from 25 to 1. Whoever ends the race from 11th place to 22th place gets nothing.
F1 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Happens every year. There are two simultaneous competitions: the Drivers Championship and the Constructors Championship. I'll explain it with an example; imagine the two drivers from a team, pilot A and pilot B. Both won a lot of races and, together, they scored 500 points. Their team gathered the biggest amount of points and won the Constructor Championship, yay! But pilot A scored 350 points around the season, and pilot B scored only 150. It means pilot A won the Driver Championship and got the World Champion title!
Yes, it's kinda weird. They have to fight with and against their teammate at the same time. Usually, there's a driver the team prioritizes. All ts causes a LOT of drama.
GRID
The starting lineup of the racing cars. Positions are determined by the qualifying that happens the day before the race. The term is also used to refer to the drivers of the season as a whole.
