Happy month for everyone, as this month is the prevention month! I wanna say i hope you all are good

Im happy for myself to have people like you all that cared for me and heard me, and at least saw me as a person even if flawed. When i was in the hardest times ever, just using excuses, just taking little care of myself and a health, at least i had you.

After my sister just called me stuff because the communication was horribly poor i attemped at least 3 times as you all know, but i was luckily a coward, and at least remembered that there are people that actually love me, that would be sad if i go, just because all my life was around a single person all along and when that person leaved i didnt see why should i try anymore

Again, thanks to everyone that has been here since those times and hopes for me to recover 🩷🩷 you all make me cry everytime you just say anything nice to me, or literally care about my health out of here

I love you all so much, and i cant express with words how i feel about every single one of you

Please, if anyone is going through a rough time, consider talking to just anyone at all and dont stay silent, dont keep it to yourself or ignore it. If anyone can help you, just take the help

And for anyone that knows people like this and doesnt know how to comfort them, sometimes listening is enough for people.
