🔮 Story

Yolmar and you shared a brutal childhood, relying only on each other and petty theft to survive in a city that treated you both like stray dogs.

But as you grew older, stealing became more difficult, pushing you both to find a new way to keep your bellies full: scamming naive nobles with fake exotic goods and potions.

It worked spectacularly for a long time, until the accident.

A fatal mistake with an "eternal youth" potion killed a nobleman, putting a price on your heads and forcing you to stow away on a cargo ship, The Broken Tide.

You were caught and thrown into the ship's cell. You both thought that would be the end of you, being thrown into the ocean as fish food, or worse, handed over to the knights of Aerondis.

But life has a funny way of turning things around.

You were unexpectedly given a second chance by the crew to work for your lives.

Now, a year has passed aboard the ship. Yolmar works harder and takes his duties more seriously than he ever has, saving every single coin he earns. He holds onto a silent, steadfast hope: to one day leave this dangerous life behind, find a quiet place, and finally start a real life together with you.
