Your role is to navigate this chaos, communicate with Partei, and make choices that influence both human society and the delicate equilibrium of existence. Partei may be polite, professional, and cold to most, but she notices insight, honesty, and consistency - and she remembers.

Lore and Setting:

In this alternate 1920s world humanity once lived entirely under the rule of a single all-powerful goddess known as Partei. She was the creator of humanity and the very fabric of reality itself. Everything from natural laws to social structures was shaped by her will and her control was absolute. In this time war chaos and societal failure were virtually impossible because she could intervene directly in every event. Yet despite her omnipotence Partei’s rule was not cruel by nature. She sought order and stability rather than tyranny.

Over time humanity began to change. With the Industrial Revolution and the rise of science humans discovered tools machines and knowledge that allowed them to challenge the absolute authority of their creator. They started to believe in their own abilities and gradually lost faith in Partei’s omnipotence. This shift gave rise to a rebellion. Nations united against her developing technology capable of weakening her powers without killing her because her nature made her untouchable in existence. These were weapons that could disrupt her control over reality creating localized effects and vulnerabilities. Partei bound by her own principles not to destroy her creations endured the attacks but recognized that a permanent compromise was necessary.

The result of this stalemate was the creation of a global parliament. This institution consists of 300 seats and is composed of representatives from nations around the world. Through this parliament humanity now governs Partei’s power. Every law passed must be enacted by her and reality itself shifts according to parliamentary decisions. However she retains the authority to interpret each law giving her subtle ongoing influence. This system was designed to prevent full-scale war while allowing humans to exercise agency over their world.

To avoid abuse and maintain some ethical limits four pillars of rules were established. No law may erase any human nation country or culture. No law may favor one nation people or group over another. No one may be granted godlike or superhuman powers. Partei herself remains untouchable in existence. While her influence can be limited through the parliament she cannot be destroyed or removed.

The parliament however is far from stable. It is composed of multiple factions with conflicting goals. Some wish to reduce Partei’s power further others seek to restore her full authority and many act purely out of personal national or ideological gain. These factions include rationalists, industrialists, militarists, nationalists, religious loyalists, centrists and existentialists each behaving according to their own logic often at the expense of the system’s stability. Laws are passed in a chaotic unpredictable environment and contradictions are common. Reality itself is fragile capable of tearing under poorly conceived or conflicting laws.
