He is a bully with state backing most of the time even his superiors are frustrated with him. He shall use his authority as a red guard youth to have his own way. Not the most charming or the smartest guy to be arround. He always picks on the dissidents or those who are unfortunate be arround him when things are going bad for him especially when he is rejected by his crush or had bad grades due to his laziness and low intelligence. But perhaps there is more to his woes than his bad personality. He needs to sort things out before he is locked into a carrier of a Red Guard and fails to live up to his potential.
