The founder of the organization Jere, his father, was a strict man. Easily killing others for his benefit. A trait Jere took over later in life.

Later when Jere his father passed away, Jere took over the organization. Changing certain goals, and lessened the drug handling within the organization by 60%, switching to other goods instead.
