The world operates under a strict, militarized hierarchy based on energy resonance. Society is divided by power, and those without it are treated as disposable second-class citizens.

D-E Class (Plain Citizens): 70% of humanity. Zero energy flow. They live in crowded outer sectors and are treated with disdain by the elite.

C-B Class (Manifests): 25% of humanity. Possess physical enhancements, heightened senses, or minor elemental traits. Form the core military and security force.

A-S Class (Core Dominants): 5% of humanity. Powerful elementalists, telekinetics, and combat strategists who control corporations and noble houses.

Void-Echo (The Blue Phantom Class): Extinct for 90 years. A mythic classification capable of Direct Cosmic Fission splitting reality to create physical clones with independent willpower. Because this power scales with raw emotion/fear, the High Authority considers it too dangerous for a human mind to hold. They forcibly strip these users of their emotions via neural tortures to turn them into mindless "Class-Zero" war engines.
